The Living Desert
Two weekends ago we went to the Living Desert in Palm Desert. It is like a zoo of desert animals and plants from around the world. In the center was a real nice butterfly and humming bird house. We ran into Eric and Amy, friends from our Bible Study group there as we walked around the park. It is a nice place to visit in the winter but it will close up at the end of April until after the summer - way to hot!

Nice butterfly.....did you see any hummingbirds? Is your hummingbird feeder up yet? I wish I could watch them - they are so nice- but we don't have them here....It's Gabie's nameday tomorrow so I have to make him a cake or cupcakes to take to school...OK, talk to you soon...Ivetka
